Agreement

By using https://tithi.live you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the service is

Tithi.live publishes free informational Hindu panchang fields, festival calendars, educational guides, and general horoscope notes. It is a digital almanac and teaching site, not a priest, not a clinic, and not a court.

City timings depend on the location you select. Sharing a time without a city name is your responsibility.

Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, you are responsible for the email and password you provide and for activity under that account.

• Do not scrape, overload, or attack the site or APIs.
• Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate Tithi.live.
• Do not republish our original guides as your own without permission.
• Do not insert malware or attempt to manipulate advertising systems.

Intellectual property

Original educational writing, UI, logos, and compilation of city explainers on Tithi.live are protected as our publisher content. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source URL for personal, educational, or news use.

Panchang as a cultural knowledge tradition is not “owned” by us. Our particular explanations and software are.

Advertising

The site may display Google AdSense or similar ads to keep core panchang access free. Ads are not an endorsement of the advertiser. Publisher content remains the primary purpose of each page. See the Privacy Policy for cookies and ad choices.

Availability

We aim for daily updates but do not warrant uninterrupted access, complete city coverage for every date, or agreement with every regional print panchang. Some dates or cities may show educational copy while live field cards load.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tithi.live is not liable for decisions you make based on timings, forecasts, or guides — including travel, ceremonies, fasting, or business. Use a trusted local authority for high-stakes rites.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: [email protected].
